A slow physical moment. Coffee, tea, a warm breakfast eaten sitting down. Not on the go.
One small act of intentional kindness before you leave the house. A text to a friend, a note on the counter, a prayer for your spouse. Starts your day in outward-facing love.
That's the morning. Under 20 minutes. Real life.
What to Include in the Evening
The evening is the landing strip. It's about winding down, processing, and handing the day back to God.

Adding things faster than you can sustain them. Build one habit at a time. Let it root for a month. Then add the next.

Here's how to restart.
Don't try to restart at 100%. Just do the minimum viable version. One verse tomorrow morning. That's enough.
Don't add shame to the break. Shame breaks more routines than busy schedules do. God is glad you're back. Period.
