This is a ministry first. This is Faith in Action.

Our heart at She Wears Faith is to create apparel that reminds women of God’s love and truth in everyday life. Each piece is more than clothing — it’s an expression of faith, courage, and identity in Christ.

Every design we create is a reflection of faith in motion. When you wear She Wears Faith, you’re part of something more - a quiet movement of women choosing to live out their beliefs with grace, purpose, and love.

One of the ways we live this out is by supporting young women like Eleanor Emis, who are putting their faith into action through missions and service.

MINISTRY PARTNER SPOTLIGHT

Meet Eleanor Emis

Eleanor Emis is a junior at Baylor University, majoring in Child and Family Studies on the Child Life Specialist track. She grew up in Malaysia, where her family served in full-time ministry for eight years. Those formative years shaped her heart for missions and gave her a deep sense of God’s love for the nations.

One of her life verses is Matthew 9:37–38: “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few…” This reminder fuels Eleanor’s desire to bring the hope of the gospel wherever God sends her.

Her Mission

This January (2–17 Jan 2026), Eleanor will join a medical mission trip to the Philippines, serving alongside healthcare professionals in local hospitals and ministering to children in an orphanage. This trip brings together her calling and her studies — a chance to offer comfort, emotional support, and Christlike compassion to children facing hospital experiences and trauma. She hopes to continue serving overseas in the future, especially among children without access to Child Life resources.

    Eleanor will be shadowing Filipino nurses and doctors with Baylor CURE BU in Ilocos Norte, learning from the front lines of healthcare.

  • 🌏 Learning to Serve

    Gaining experience and learning how faith-based medical missions are practically executed in Asia.
